Coffee Details
Everything about this blend — how it tastes, where it comes from, and how to brew it.
Origin Story
Our blends are built from 100% premium Arabica sourced across multiple origins, mostly in Central and South America, through long-term relationships with farms that grow to our standards. Beans are picked and sorted by hand, then blended and roasted in small batches at our own facility in St. Petersburg, Florida.
We focus on blends rather than single origins — finding the right balance of sweetness, acidity, body and bitterness is where the craft lives, and it lets each origin show its most distinct character.
How to Brew
Espresso — 18g in, 36g out, 25–30 seconds. Pour Over — 1:16 ratio, 200°F water, 3:00 total. Cold Brew — 1:8 ratio, steep 16 hours, serve over ice.
Our Roasting
Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for an order. Every batch is roasted to order and packaged on demand, and we hold at most a week of stock at any time. Beans then rest 24 to 72 hours before they ship — coffee tastes better a couple of days off the roaster than it does straight out of it.
We roast roughly 7,000 pounds a week at our St. Petersburg facility, and every profile is modulated to develop sweetness and body while preserving the character of the origin.
