Drip Brewing
Drip brewing is a popular process that utilizes an all-in-one machine to control timing and temperature. This method highlights the delicate flavors in a coffee, bringing cleanness and acidity forward as the filter traps oils.
In general, drip machines call for one to two tablespoons of ground coffee per every six ounces of water. We recommend grinding your coffee at home right before brewing to serve the freshest-tasting cup. Finely ground coffee will prolong steeping time. If using a paper filter, rinse it clean with water first.
Drip brewing is a good choice for high-quality, beans with complex profiles. We recommend our Sirocco, Cubano, Boreas, Organic Colombian, and Reserve Coffee for this method.
