Work at Kahwa
Sarah and Raphael Perrier started Kahwa in St. Petersburg in 2006 with one roaster and a delivery van. Today we run 21 cafes across Florida’s Gulf Coast and Fort Worth, Texas, roast around 7,000 pounds of coffee a week, and serve more than 800 wholesale partners. We are still family owned, and we still hire the way we did on day one: the person first.
Who we look for
Great coffee is only half of it. Our regulars come back because of how they are treated. Being greeted by name matters as much as the drink in their hand. We hire for warmth, reliability, and curiosity. Everything else we can teach.
What you get
- Real training. Every barista completes a hands-on onboarding program before working a bar alone.
