This Organic coffee is roasted at medium. It has sweet cherry flavor with milk chocolate notes. It is best when brewed with a traditional home brewer or using the Pour Over Method.
The Organic Colombia Tolima AGPROCEM coffee is sourced from family owned farms organized around the “Asociacion de Agricultores y Productores de Café Especial de Montalvo” (AGPROCEM). AGPROCEM is a producer association with 35 members who live in Montalvo which is located within the municipality of Planadas in the department of Tolima, Colombia.

This is good coffee, single origin always tastes better. I wish it had a USDA Organic certification though to ensure that it is actually organic. And I hope Kahwa offers more organic coffee selections in the future.
