As we end 2023, let's look back on the awesome year Kahwa had and on what they were able to accomplish.
Kahwa launched three Artist Canisters this year! It was an opportunity for Kahwa to highlight amazing local artists, and the reception to them from the community was well received. The excitement doesn't stop because there's a new Artist Canister coming in spring 2024!
Kahwa had the honor of being nominated for the Good Burger Award and winning the Eats & Treats category. Co-founders Raphael & Sarah Perrier were thankful to everyone that voted for them and for all the Kahwa staff that helped make this possible.
The local community is a big part of what Kahwa does, and they were a part of various projects throughout the year. The Metro Health Pride Tumbler, SPAA Artist Canisters, the NPCF Hope Roast, and other projects Kahwa worked on helped make a change in the community. More exciting projects are coming in 2024!
Kahwa expanded the Kahwa family by opening two new cafes this year. One of them being on the USF Tampa campus replacing a Starbucks in the bookstore and the Southside St. Pete location near Coquina Key.
Kahwa also launched their new mobile app, some exciting new merch, expanded their wholesale partners, and even launched a new menu category: the Kahwa Creations!
Kahwa is looking forward to an exciting 2024 filled new exciting products and promotions. Keep an eye out by following the Kahwa social media.
