We have roasted it on the lighter side of medium to bring out its best flavor profile featuring rich cedar notes, a sweet finish, and a smooth chocolate aftertaste. Wet-hulled in the traditional Indonesian style, it delivers a distinctive earthy character.
This single origin coffee is best brewed using a pour over or drip method to highlight its full flavor.

Bali Blue Moon provides a smooth, full-bodied experience with low acidity, rich earthy aromas, distinct sweetness, and minimal bitterness. It compares favorably with the Organic Colombian I regularly use and made for a nice, albeit temporary, change.
