Good morning America has been going across the country recently covering the best ballpark food and beverages. Their installment of "7th Inning Snacks" that aired on Tuesday July 25th was centered on the amazing food and drinks available at Tropicana Field.
The feature vendors were Kahwa Coffee, Daddies Donuts and Pacific Counter. Kahwa was the second business featured in the segment. Kahwa has been a part of Tropicana for 6 seasons now and is a nice surprise for people attending a game.
"We feel that coffee is a necessity at the stadium." said Co-Founders Raphael and Sarah Perrier. Having a freshly brewed coffee, shot of espresso, or a perfectly crafted latte is the perfect pick me up during the game.
Along with featuring three local vendors that can be found on the stadium, they showcased some amazing food creations from the chefs at Tropicana. Chef Kevin Riley talked with Good Morning America's Ginger Zee about the huge pretzel dog in which only 98 are available each game and the foot long tater tot that is loaded with bacon, cheese, sour cream, and scallions.
