We always use beans decaffeinated naturally without the use of chemicals. It is a water process that removes the caffeine from the coffee beans before roasting.

This decaf is one of the few that I've found that has the flavor of real coffee. The added bonus is the beans are dried correctly so they don't clog the coffee grinder in my coffee machine.

First drank Zonda coffee over 10 years ago at a restaurant in Orlando. Didn’t realize it was decaf because it was so good. Been buying it every time I visited Tampa but when my last small bag ran out I ordered a 5 lb. bag online. Great coffee and great customer service.
